F03 Movement/W03/S04 Negotiations Day 1

Disaster. Bounced out of Belgium by England, and England makes a great stab on Germany. No builds for me. My ally Italy is given a massive setback. My new friend Germany is in bad shape. We simply don’t have enough fleets to credibly fight England. Italy summed up a lot of my feelings.

Meanwhile, England proposes an alliance.

I pitch to England that he can build whenever he wants, but give him the idea of deferring a build. Well, that didn’t work. Here’s how the winter turned out.
