W01 Negotiations

Austria had given me some hope that he might move against Germany. So, I see if I can rally Italy and Austria. First, I’ll play the sympathy card with Italy.

Then, I try my luck with Russia.

I really think it’s risky for Russia not to build in the north. Sure, he’s got issues south, but he’s not going to be able to appease his way out of this problem. I then open up press with AIR, and really try to show them that helping me is in their best interest.

I get some pretty good responses. I hope Russia changes his mind and builds north.
