S06 Negotiations - Options are Limited (and so are communications)

Germany, Italy, and humble old France try and figure out what can be done about this precarious position we find ourselves in. Italy is a priority.

That “Germany let me know” was prescient. A series of moves are discussed, but nothing really comes to fruition, until Germany comes up with a plan near the deadline.

I enter Germany’s moves, and hope for the best.
